Change the Payment Method or Shipping Address for Orders
You can change the payment method or shipping address if your order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Track Your Order
After your order has been shipped, it’s easy to track your package in your Account. Click on the “View Orders” link, then select the specific order you would like to track. The shipping method and carrier for the package will be listed in yur Account, as well as confirmed in an email sent to you confirming the package has shipped. If you need to contact the carrier, please find their contact information below.
Update Shipping and Billing Information on an Order
If your Mochico.ca order has not yet entered into the shipping process, you can still change the shipping and billing information for the order. Starting on the your Account page, click on the “View orders” link and select the order that you would like to update the shipping or billing information for. Then click on the “Edit” button next to the order to change the shipping address, payment method, shipping method, and/or billing address. Please note that for security reasons you may need to re-enter your credit card number if you wish to change the shipping address.
In the event that a carrier marks an order “undeliverable” and returns it to us, we will issue you a full refund for that order. Please note we cannot re-ship the returned order to you. If you are still interested in purchasing items that were in the undeliverable package, you may place a new order on our website.
If you believe an order will be returned as undeliverable but have not yet received confirmation of its return or a refund two weeks past its estimated delivery date, please contact us.
