Review a Product on the Website

Let us know what you thought of your purchase on Mochico.ca and help other customers make decisions about their purchases by creating a product review. To write a new product review, visit the product detail page and click on the “write a review” link.

We require that all reviewers have a password-protected account. If you do not yet have an account with Mochico.ca, you will have the opportunity to create one when submitting your review. Reviews will appear on the product page a few days after you submit it in order for us to first verify the review for inappropriate content before the review is made public on our site.

When submitting your first review to us, you will be asked to create a reviewer user name. This name will be used with all future reviews that you submit.

Guidelines for Reviews

1. We recommend writing 75-300 word reviews.

2. The review should focus on the product. Be sure to let us know if you liked or disliked a product as well as what products are similar, how the product rates in comparison, etc. Note that comments that are not relevant to the product or that violate guidelines may be removed from Mochico.ca at any time. We ask that you limit yourself to one review per product.

3. If you have safety concerns about the product you are reviewing, please email us at xxxx rather than writing a review.

4. We appreciate the time and effort that you take to submit a product review. Although we are happy to hear your opinions on products, we kindly request that you avoid including the following in your review: comments on other reviews or features visible on the page, comments regarding typos on our catalog or site (please email us instead), profanity, obscenity, or spiteful remarks, single-word reviews (we want to know more specifically why you liked or disliked the product!), phone numbers or addresses, more than one URL, price or alternative ordering and shipping information, solicitations. Any violations to these guidelines may result in your review not being posted or the review could be removed from the website at any time.

Can I review a product if I didn’t buy it from Mochico.ca?

You do not need to have bought the item from Mochicho.ca in order to review it on our website. As long as you have a registered Mochico.ca account you are welcome to review it for us!
