Price Match Guarantee

Mochico wants to be sure you receive the best possible pricing on all items you find on our site. In the event that you find another site that offers lower pricing within two weeks after the ship date of your order, please let us know and we’ll credit your original payment method for the difference. The price must be on the exact style and color purchased. We’ll also credit you with the difference if we lower the price on our site of an item you ordered within two weeks of its order date.

Click here to request the refund if you have found a lower price on a competitor’s site within 14 days of your order.

Product Recalls and Safety Concerns

Please contact the manufacturer of your product directly if you have any concerns about the safety of merchandise. If we are informed of a recalled product that you purchased, we will send an email with further instructions and information to you. If you received a product that you think may be unsafe, please report this to help@mochico.ca or contact us.
